You don't need to submit individual receipts for the reimbursement itself, but we do provide itemized documentation for your HSA/tax records.

Yes — on the Clinically Assessed plan, your monthly GolfRx charge (the $49 base plus your reimbursement tier fee) may be reimbursable through your HSA or FSA, since you have a clinical diagnosis and a Letter of Medical Necessity. Most members submit to their HSA administrator monthly and receive their reimbursement within 5–10 business days. Always confirm eligibility with your benefits administrator before submitting.

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your reimbursement tier at any time by emailing our support team or through your portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There's no fee to change tiers.

No. If you cancel, you retain access to all documentation generated during your membership — including your Letter of Medical Necessity, clinical assessment records, and monthly receipts. These are yours and remain available in your portal for download for 12 months after cancellation.
